0.6 Inch 800×600 AMOLED Micro Display HDMI Integrated Kits

The HG060SVGA series are AMOLED micro display products prepared by top-emission, high-efficiency, silicon-based active OLED technology with independent intellectual property rights. It is includes full color (C), monochrome white (W),monochrome green (G) and etc, the features are low power consumption, high resolution (SVGA 800×600), miniaturization and etc, which support resolution requirements for SVGA and below. With the appropriate optical system, high quality large screen display effect can be obtained. The silicon substrate is manufactured by 0.18μm CMOS technology, integrating full digital video signal input and 804×3×604 driver circuit units. The video signal input is compatible with ITU-R BT.656/601 standard and 8/16/24 bit digital video input mode. Through 2-line serial programming interface, display mode, display direction, display position, brightness, contrast,gamma correction and other functions can be controlled and adjusted.

The interface level is compatible with the 1.8V CMOS standard. It can be widely used in a various of miniaturized, high resolution, low power and wide operating temperature range of near-eye display systems.
